Summer or Winter, enjoy this spacious, home in the heart of the Lakes Region sleeping up to 8 guests. Great views of the mountains, forests and wildlife. Whether you enjoy night skiing or crisp mountain air, this home puts you within steps of the best outdoor activities available in the area. Access to a private community beach is located within a 1 mile drive of your door ( beach pass included ). Enjoy use of basketball courts and tennis courts. The main entry floor hosts the main family room, kitchen, 3 season screen porch, and queen master suite along with washer & dryer and half bath. The lower level serves as a great recreation area (with queen size futon). Enjoy incredible views and walk out to large deck and 2 additional bedrooms ( 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds). Plus, a 2nd full bath for these rooms to share. Large vaulted ceilings and the open concept floor plan make this a great home for family and friends to gather and relax.
Property is on a dead end road with plenty of privacy. There are many local attractions on the Lake and around the area. Gunstock Mountain, (Website hidden by Airbnb) is less than 2 miles away and is a great destination in the summer and winter. They have skiing, snowshoeing, biking, zip line, adventure center and more. Loon Mountain 55 minutes away, Laconia 10 minutes away. Portsmouth, NH is 55 minutes.
Ellacoya State Park is a quick drive! We are in the Belknap Mountains and hiking is everywhere. Only 4 miles from Mount Major and the views are stupendous. Of course the Lake is filled with fishing, boating, swimming, and more!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the beach association (2 passes provided to access gated entrance) at the lake with raft and swimming area, grills, bathroom & changing cabana, basketball court and tennis. There is also a place to store and launch your canoes or kayaks.
