Activities to Attend in Person During the Auction Week, Dec. 6-9, 9am-7pm Daily

We want to encourage everyone to come and see the magic in person at the Greater Lakes Region Children's Auction the week of December 6- December 9 daily from 9AM-7PM. We have a host of activities happening in addition to the live Auction at the Belknap Marketplace, 96 Daniel Webster Highway, Belmont, NH


The schedule is:

Every day you are invited to come see the Auction live at Belknap Marketplace, 96 Daniel Webster Highway, Belmont ... and if time permits, get an a behind the scenes tour! We have plenty of parking and guest seating! You will have a TV monitor in the viewing area so you can continue to bid via the phone or online! Come experience the magic!


Tues., Dec. 6, 12:00-4pm: Come see the incredible art from Helene Pierce who has donated hundreds of pieces to the Auction. Come pick out your favorite piece and go home with a piece of art!



Tues., Dec. 6, 5:00-7:00pm: Book Bundle with Scholastic Book assortment and “Showcased” local authors books donated from the authors hosted by Kiwanis Club of Laconia. Guest readers, including local children’s authors, will read a variety of children’s books to attending families in a holiday-themed setting. Children are encouraged to bring their stuffed friends and cozy blankets! Families are welcome to visit the Auction before and after reading sessions and experience the excitement and magic live! Wed., Dec. 7, 12:00-4:00pm: Come see the incredible art from Helene Pierce who has donated hundreds of pieces to the Auction.



Wed, Dec. 7, 5:30-6:30pm: Janice Beetle Books in collaboration with her Challenge Team is hosting a book reading with young adults from the region. For more information about her book click here.


Wed, Dec. 7, 6:30-6:45pm: Christmas Carolers, Carolers who are members of the cast of A Christmas Carol: The Musical Ghost Story will spread some holiday cheer with some traditional carols. In addition to their appearance at the auction, you can see this group as part of the larger 59 member cast performing A Christmas Carol at the Colonial Theatre in Laconia Dec 16-18. Thurs., Dec. 8, 6:00-7:00pm: Broadway North Dancers performing Christmas Show.



Thurs., Dec. 8, 5:00-7:00pm: Santa Ernie will be in the house for children to sit on his lap and talk to him about their holiday wishes.


 

Fri., Dec. 9, 12:00-4:00pm: Come see the incredible art from Helene Pierce who has donated hundreds of pieces to the Auction.

Fri, Dec. 9, 3:00-6pm: Music with The Snows. Music has always been the backbone of their family and their parents taught them to share their gifts. There are seven siblings and all are musical..... four with be here Friday, Tim Snow, Laurie Snow, Steve Snow, and Barbara Snow Farrell


Fri, Dec. 9, 5:15pm Community Challenge Check Presentation for the 2022 Total!
